There are differences between contactors and employees. But they do have one thing in common: they are there to "work", thus the term "worker" .
When I brought contractors in, I trained them in our procedures and the software they needed to use. I would also coach them about job expectations and the people they would be interacting with. I was responsible for this just like I was responsible for our employees. Training and coaching the workers is a management responsibility.
But now you have taken a cheap shot at the Detroit Lions. They have taken steps to improve their team. Wil the Vu management do the same?
As to how good Danielle looks, I am more interested in how she is running things.

Unless you're being paid as a consultant, the training and coaching of dancers is a management responsibility. If they successfully accomplish this, the customers will be happier, the dancers will have more earnings and business revenue will be up.
DeJa Vu Corporate may have their ways, but at least you know what to expect when you enter one of their Clubs.
Tom, Justin, and Danielle all work hard to make this Club fun and it ain't easy in this economy. BWT has anyone besides me noticed the change in Danielle ? Damn she gets better looking everyday.
I may have to offer Remedial Classes in Stripper 101 since a few seem to have forgotten the Basics simply means making a customer want to give you all their money before they decide to give it to another Dancer or just take it back home with them.
There is still lots of money for the girls who have the right attitude, follow the basics, and be willing to work a little harder.

Hey, if the dancers are unhappy, and the customers are unhappy, I'm not staying for a crappy time, I've got better things I could be doing with my time and money.
All I see are frustrated dancers, customers, and management . I also noticed dancers not coming out when supposed to as well. I say to management, save your energy and quit chasin girls out for red lights, and bachelor stage shows. Just "fine" them everytime they don't come out. Only thing they understand is losing money. If they're not happy, get out. These rules have been in place for years and are there to encourage them to make them money. Unhappy dancers make unhappy customers which equals a crappy time.
Here's my solution. I realize it's not perfect, but maybe it's a start. First of all, DJV needs to get rid of their sanitized corporate mentality. It's a real turn-off to all but the most hardcore customers. From the moment the customer walks thru the turnstiles, the customer knows it gonna be about money. And get rid of the vending machines in the dance booth and the VIPs. The company needs to stop taking a cut from the dancers. That just leads to cheating. Simply put, just charge a steep house rent. $150, $200 per shift. Then let the dancers set dance price.
The Vu has always had standards and rules for the club to keep things proficient. I think they should fine girls that do not come out on red lights. They have the dancers at their mercy because they have all their money at the end of the night. The dancers should be required to ask everyone, not one guy and hide in the back. Just a thought.
Another average night at the vu. Pretty much same dancers and attitudes seem to be tapering down. Although, the newer girls still have a long way to go to learn the business and hustle of being a dancer. I tipped a new gal like 3 times and not once did she come ask me for a dance. At red lights she only asked one guy and went straight in the back. If she'd ask me I had $500 to spend on her...oh well, her loss.
Hard job? Neurosurgery is a hard job. Being on a crab boat in the ice cold Bering sea is a hard job. How hard is it to provide customer service and support to the dancers. Being firm and setting the rules doesn't mean you have to be bitchy or a Prick. They really do lack basic managment skills. Anywhere else they would be all fired.
i wouldnt want their job. think about it. 80 women saying their on the rag and dont feel like dancing. 80 women doing durgs and drinking. 80 women saying im a free lancer and can come and go as i please. 80 women that are bitches. and then you got the customers that think they can run this place better. im happy being a has-been customer.
I don't really know Danielle. I've seen her at the end of her shift, but don't know much about her except lots of people on here think she is a real B**ch. And it's a given that most people know Tom can be a pr**k. Justin is OK, but even he has an atiitiude at times. Now I know managing these prima donna strippers is a real task, but many managers at other clubs are real cool. Does Corporate Deja Vu intentionally hire jerk wads or what?
What a novel idea...customer service. Danielle is the worst manager with zero customer service skills. I will NOT get dances on her shift. She makes customers very uneasy and doesn't manage anything well. Other day there was a fight and cops came and she did nothing. Also, too many dancers NOT coming out dressing room on red lights. How do you know customers don't have money when they don't even come out and ask.
Well said. I've complained and complained about this very subject but apparently it falls on deaf ears. And it's just not this club, but probably most clubs in the US. There are a few - and I mean a very few dancers - that do work hard and they end making very good money ($500 or more) a shift. They only go to the dressing room to freshen up (or until recently, a quick smoke). For once I want to hear a legitimate answer from a dancer why this is. And not the same old excuse -- I am tired of hearing "No, thanks, so I have given up on asking." Well, you DIDN'T ASK ME !!!

What an Enigma - Strippers all bitching they ain't making no money and they're in the dressing room most of the night. It is with utter amazement how few dancers are actually on the floor working the crowd and then they announce a special and they come out of backroom like flies on shit.
Sad so many have forgot they are in the sales business and never take time to meet the buyer. Wasn't that long ago things were different and the dancers were smart enough to know everyone is a potential paycheck and a buyer. We are there to buy, We just haven't decided who from and when.
Every day is about the same. There are the long time running regulars with their experience will please you. If you want young and new go at night I guess.
Passion, Dani, Victoria, Lilly, Hannah, Savannah and Rosalyn are usually there. Venus has been a no show lately. Tracy is hardly ever there.
Thought it was the absolute worst amateur night in club history, Maybe I should have paid better attention. The crowd didn't seem real enthused about the winner becoming a dancer and left me wondering who was dancing at Cheetahs.
Good part was all the Super Hott Regulars and all the Dance Specials and Free Gifts.
Besides with Jewell, Leah, Vixen, MJ, and Mary Jane all on the floor what more could a clubber ask for.
Unless it was Friday Night with the Huge Birthday Girl entourage filling up the tip rail really living the joint up.
Were we watching the same contest? no way was the winner hotter than the girl in the pink. But so many people complain that people who don't work there take the money and never become a dancer, so it's just easier to make the waitress a winner so that she will dance. I admit I cheered for the blond because she's a guaranteed dancer. I doubt the others will become dancers anyway.
the crowd picks the winner and clearly the new waitress had the highest applause...and my guess it wasnt only bc she worked there from what i seen she was the cutest girl in the contest..no offense to the other ladies...i say it was way fair.

I overheard a few guys talking about amateur night tonight and how the contest was unfair. Of course it was! The waitress no matter how flat or rhythmless or airheaded ALWAYS wins. Second, the girl in pink was scorching hot but probably came in 3rd because she didnt get completely nude nor did she get on all fours. This is how it works. Unfortunately looks dont matter as much as they should, but still an interesting amateur night.
Keep your eyes open and you may notice some day girls that haven't been at the club forever....a few night girls have come onto the day circuit. Bliss isn't working here anymore and I believe she is done dancing period.
Shit Happens - And these Checkers and Assistant Managers messing with your time is wrong as Hell.
Lately on some nights they don't have enough dancers to cover 3 stages and the girls spend all their time in stage rotation so the show must go on even though the dressing room maybe full girls not wanting to come out cause the crowd is small or they don't see any $$$$$$$$.
If my money is in the timer she is mine and ain't going no place until the Sparking Meter runs out and Red Light is on.
I have a complaint. Last Saturday night, I accepted a "Deal of the Century" dance from one of the dancers. We had one dance then one of the managers came to the cubicle and said they are beginning the side stage dances and she was up first. She questioned him, "Now?" and he was insistant, yes now! So she left. Much to her credit, she came back and got me later and finished the deal (I had pre-paid for the 2 dances). This kind of sucks. The managers need to go to Customer Service Training 101.
They may not all be 18 year olds but they definately get them in there for the contest. 18 doesn't always mean cute though so we don't always want to see them. And as far as MSU hotties it will be August before we see them anywhere again, even just walking down the street.
Ya, it sucks. I've only been to amateur night a half dozen times or so, and I always leave quite disappointed. FIrst of all, they are never really "amateurs". Typically, they are dancers from other clubs that come over with their friends who try to make a lot of noise and help their girl take home some quick cash. Worse yet, I've been to some clubs where the "amateurs" are retired dancers that I haven't seen around in like 5 years. I still keep wishing to see a true amateur - a MSU hottie or a fresh faced 18 year old. Alas, it doesn't happen.....sigh.....
Don't go for amatuer night. It sucks. They never let any of the girls work after the contest and so none of them ever end up working there. They take their money and run. They always get their lousy waitresses to do the contest and its pathetic to watch. Besides everyone leaves after the contest is over anyhow and no one spends any money.
You just have to ask them and hope they show up. Weekends are a good time to get a wider selection and a lot of them stick to the same days but it's nothing concrete & has the potential to change every week.
Kylie's a night girl. I'm not sure which because the girls only schedule themselves 1 day/night a week and they can change it each week, other than that they come & go whenever they want to. I have seen her more on weekends. Hope this helps.
I dont write much but this place is great, the day girls are oh-so-much fun and hot, best and freindly my little diamond, is great, So lets quit looking for bad and enjoy, Bad is not having a club like this within 500 miles like little arkansas so guys be thankful
I did a tour just completed of various clubs Flint, the Zoo, Mecillis up north , It was quite an adventure, The lansing vu takes a back seat to no club!The quality of girls is by far the best, service, all the things we look for lansing vu is rated all AAAA:S
Come on! Make up your mind about daily specials. It is difficult to know what is going to be the price of a Vip. Now it is $75 for 15 minutes, which was dropped several months ago. I just got used to $50 for ten minutes. I guess the $50 Vip is still available on Mondays.
What we have here is a failure to communicate. LOL and in those spirits lets try something we haven't done in a while. favorites? Best breasts/ass/legs? fav spinner? best vip/lap? anything else you guys can think of? I'm seeing new faces now and faces I recognize from other clubs.
