Cammy quit, I believe. Last time I saw her at BJ's she was just hanging out. She has left The Life for a straight job, and you know what? I hope she succeeds. It's been a long time since I've seen her, so I think it has. As for closing ... yeah, it pisses me off, but I've heard that too. I hope it doesn't, but then again I've heard rumors off and on for the past several years. I don't need that shit. BJ's is like a second home for me.
I've just moved to Minnesota and am looking for a club to work at. I don't want high end. Those type of places just aren't my style. Looking for comfy and low key. Let me know if this place is hiring and what it's like..

My mother told me something when I was a little girl, "If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all". With that said, the club has changed for the better since party time went away. There are higher standards for dancers appearances, they even demoted one to waitress until she loses weight. The new pull tab girl is hot hot hot and they do have two for ones the first hour of each day. come back and c the greatness this club is aiming for
Are there any gals here who are not cheap hoes? the waitress is a bitch, drinks really depend on who pours them, why bother. You can get better company from nearly every other bar in town. topless or not. maybe the manager should go and visit a good bar to see what it is like. most dancers don't have rolls of fat and are actually pretty. doesnt anyone at this bar care. i hope it closes what a disgrace.
Do they ever have any good looking dancers there? How about getting 90% of them on a good diet? The fun and pretty ones leave mainly due to manager issues I think. Maybe the manager should check out another club to see what a decent club looks like and how it is run. How many times a week do you really want to see the same lineup? Come on! The drink prices are higher than they should be too and no happy hour--what gives? Where are other clubs to go to that feel like home?
No VIP makes it hard to enjoy the girls. No cover is nice with some contact by the girls for a $20 table dance. Girls are average with one really hot one during the day shift. Overall rating of about a 4.
The only part of china that is cool is Hong Kong, unless your chased out of the park by old guys with swords! The rest of china is as dumb as doopitis on 22's page. If you want a great view go to Afton's Alps. Paris is always good too. But just playing pinball is a vacation all in itself.

I can work d.t. but choose not to as I'm a corporate girl and am very selective about which clubs I work @....I like the N.E. bars cuz they're more blue collar and there's no tip-out to the bar and short shifts. The d.t. clubs are full of a bunch of prudes anyway...I like interacting w/ real people. I can't get a schedule anymore in N.E. cuz I guess they want to keep the bars stale and rundown?
Is there any way you would be willing to work for one of the tipout clubs downtown, like Seville Club, or even the King of Diamonds? It's too bad you have to work outside of the Metro area because I won't be able to see you. My poor car probably can't take me that far :(
October...I'll be dancing at Club Saratoga Tues.7/10. Stop by if you can. I can't do a lot of traveling nor do I really like to go to far outside of MN to dance. I have another job, though flexible and my school schedule is flexible, but I would consider driving up to 3-5 hours for a couple nights if it's worth it. Stop by the toga tomorrow and we'll talk :-)
The only reason alla this bothers me is because I'm only dancing to pay for school. I have another job but still can't afford school which is outta pocket as there's not state funding for Real Estate school and this winter I'll be continuing my Chinese Medicine studies. My hours of school and working my other job allow for only like 3-5 a night a few times a week which is why I liked BJ's and 22nd ave's short shifts and no payout.
Thank you blushing... :-) Denise is giving me the runaround about the schedule @22nd..she's acting shady.I ran into a 22nd ave dancer last night & she said that she knows for a fact that they're planning on only keeping the dancers that they want and giving them the schedules they want & purposely leading the other girls on rather than just being straightforward. Sounds like a pretty cliquey operation, if you ask me. Sad.

Some of the same B.s. carried over as some of the same girls are there....and have been there for like 10 years. I've been dancing off and on for 3 and I'm about done. It's not healthy to be in that business too long...for all the obvious reasons. Jerry dsnt care about much except milking that bar without putting much into it. It's like talking to a brick wall when I've approached him w/issues. Nothing happends.
That's why? Maybe I was naive, but I thought the bullshit was over after BJ's cut ties with PTA. Look, I'm sure you have friends over there -- and a lot of regulars too -- who want you back and will take your side. Is there any way you can talk to the owner about what the hell's going on?
I just talked to another dancer from BJ's (one of the hotties I brought in from Heartbreakers)& she said she was told that dancers can dance 30 min.b4 & 30 minutes after their shift & she did just that today & this is the VERY REASON I was taken off the schedule.O.k. now I'm pissed so am gonna take the liberty in letting y'all know which bitch is talking foul about other dancers & getting into Jan's head to influence her to make the poor decisions she's made regarding which dancers are allowed there. I'm not dancing @BJ's anymore & maybe not @22nd Ave either..they're giving me the runaround & Denise refuses to give out any numbers for the girls that are doing the scheduling.Pretty shady & unorganized if you ask me.As of now, I'm not dancing regularly anywhere as I hv school M-F 9-5 & Volleyball tournies on wknds so am limited to the hrs I can work. How are we going to know your schedule? I mean, I'm glad you're out of the clutches of that tyrant, but when can I see you? (I guess I didn't know your schedule at BJ's, either.) I hope you don't quit anytime soon -- I still want to see your beautiful eyes and chin and make my pee-pee happy!
Partytime lost all its bars and they're dissolving, FINALLY, so they have nothing to do with 22nd avenue anymore. I have quit dancing a couple times and came back to due circumstances with affording school, etc. A lot of dancers come and go. Remember, there's two main types of dancers, the ones that can't do anything BUT dance as they dropped out of H.S. or have kids w/dead beat dads. The other ones actually have goals and other jobs and support themselves solely so are working hard to make things happen.
hopefully, there won't be much drama, but hey, the best thing to do when a woman's bitching is to say: "is it really about me or are you just having a bad day?", "do you need a hug?" hehe...I try to kill it with kindness but then they just hate me more cuz they don't understand the kindness part? Oh well, I'm not in this for the beauty pageant aspect.I do have other things going for me..the guys can judge on the exterior, I don't compare myself.It distracts me from entertaining the customers..which is why I'm there, & in doing so, the reward is good tips.It's not rocket science, girls.
I will be dancing at 22nd ave 4the rest of the summer as they're FINALLY free from the sticky grips of partytime.YIPPEE!! I'm going to real estate school this summer and will be continuing my Chinese Medicine Studies this winter. My summer is busy w/volleyball, weddings & music festivals and my all-time favorite..horseback riding and running through the woods!! :-)
I'll miss you Paris. You were hands down the hottest dancer there. I don't know what happened to drive you out (you wanna name names?), but it hasn't been the same for awhile. I really really hope they beg you to come back. Otherwise, good luck with medicine.
Though the club needs updating, there are some good qualities. Jerry could allow for more UPDATED MUSIC in the juke box (it's hard for dancers to feel sexy or even recognize 75% of the 80's music in there) put in some happier lights besides RED, take down the DUSTY red curtain or replace the STICKY carpet!! The good things worth mentioning ...it's right off 94, no cover, strong drinks, cool bartenders & if you're lucky, 1or2 hot dancers per 3hr shift. Either way, 3/4 dancers are not bitches.If customers wanted to hear bitching they cld've stayed @work or home:-) I'll never dance there again..had some good times, but too much drama for this girl.
I was taken off the schedule recently because the unhappy, jealous, hater bitches drove me out.(I'm better off) I guess rules that were AGREED UPON one wk don't stand for the next? & keeping customers happy, following rules & generating business for the bar is not appreciated but rather stealing is allowed & bottom line..the dancer that BITCHES the LOUDEST wins.
