I more or less do the same thing, and agree completely with your perspective as a customer. If you go out to a restaurant and order a steak dinner, you don't pay for it in advance do you? The reality is that you get paid for what you DO, not what you COULD do!
My policy has always been to tip the stage dancers a few bucks in appreciation for the effort & entertainment, especially for good pole dancing, whether I'm sitting near the stage or the bar. The stage dance is where I decide if I want a VIP with a dancer and I'll let her know I would like a private dance when I leave a tip.
as far as the stage goes and the complaints how about maybe tipping the girls like they do at a majority of clubs and the girls will love being on stage, would nyou want to get on stage with barely nothing on and b stared at for free?its not easy and a little gratitude would go a long way, thanks.

This would be a nice club if they had strippers on stage. I suppose they do later in the evening, when I stopped in last week there was an empty stage, the dj texting on his cellphone, ditto the bouncer, same for a couple of dancers, and one old guy hunched over his burger. Probably a couple of dancers in the smoking room too, their usual hangout. What the hell, almost an hour into the shift, customers at the bar, what do they need to get moving?

I'm with Seldom Scene on this. Cheap MoFos, huh? As opposed to say, foolish spendthrifts?I tip the bartender for my beers, I tip the girls on stage. Once she's in the VIP room, I figure she's making an hourly rate of over $100. Sounds pretty good to working guys like Seldom and me. If the dance is really good I'll throw in a tip too, but if she just sticks her hand out and asks for a tip I'll give that to her and find another dancer next time.
There aren't any girls in this place who give bad dances. If you're not tipping at least $5/dance, you're a cheap mofo. I agree that the girls should not be trying to charge $20 for the first song, but in light of customers like you, it's easy to see why they do. Loosen that wallet up, man. The girls are not there for fun, they're there to make some money. : - )
P.S. When a girl charges me $20 for the first, I just take $10 off of her tip. It all comes out in the wash.
Free to negotiate for more? Posted signs still say $10 per dance; the DJ announces them as $10. A few weeks ago I did have a girl tell me "the first one is $20" on our way into the VIP room. I didn't buy that first one. I also don't buy dances from girls who demand tips in advance. You get a tip from me IF you do a better-than-average job, AFTER you do it.
The current crop of dancers here is, sadly, pretty unfriendly and only average in terms of looks. Nobody here is worth more than $10 a dance. However, dancers come and go. Eventually harder-working, friendlier dancers will return.

I stopped in today and did two dances with a girl. I blinked and the dances were over. The girl told me that each dance is only 100 seconds. I'm damn near certain this isn't true. Can anyone fill me in on the current payment and time rules for the VIP room? I know they've changed a little bit in the last few months, but 100 seconds per song is a major rip-off.

wow... this is simply AMAZING! Went in tonight. I left for a few reasons:
1) AS soon as you walk in the club there is this musty stench and of ciggarettes. complete turnoff.
2) the club is just a falling apart mess.
3) The entertainers are very low quality... ive seen better. these girls need to be replaced with girls that actually have there teeth and hygiene and looks.
Therefore, anyone wanting to go to this club i recommend its not worth it! go to the next!
