Why is it that if you come into the club at 200 or 230 there are 25 to 30 dancers, but if you come in after work around 400 there's 10 or less ? Do the guys who don't have to work tip that much better? Or is it something or someone else?
You guys tired of me yet today?The other problem with this Roland thing is that too many of the girls also spred it through the bar, it's not just the person who put it on the sight. I understand you guys are angry you have a right to be. Spreading this anger and drama causes tension and causes people not to come in here.(I'm not just talking about just this incident either stop talking about eachother and things like that also) Think before you speak you are screwing up your own money when you behave like this. All right I'm done I'm tired of talking about it.
I almost forgot. We hired 3 new night girls and other girls have been staying later. Come on in. Also please pray for the people affected by Hurricane Katrina. I was on the news sight today and it destroyed alot and many people lost everything.
Also to the customer and others that said they felt like "thier kind " were not welcome. Please come back in. That is not the case and I will repeat myself. I have spoken to the people involved and have made myself clear on those kind of comments, and behavior.
There's no problem between Winnie and I . OH MY !! WINNIE we better get on it. She and I have been working 7 days a week for over two months and we were both tired . Tony and I have had friends from out of town and we've been hitting the clubs a little hard. I had a long band practice Sunday morning and was still a little groggy from drinking the night before. Now continuing my comment... here is really where the problem lies. it's was completely unfair that the person who put this comment about roland and james on here didn't think about everyone at bu needs to make money that's why they are here. now when a comment like that is made it obviously makes people mad and offended. well if you read there are customers who don't want to come in for fear of be discriminated against. they wouldn't have even known if it had been kept in house like i asked. exactly fot this reason.i told you i would handle it. this is how we lose customers!!!!

not one of the bottom's up staff has a clue. this is not about roland any more it's about a word that disciminates. that word should have never been used the way it was used. when the staff realized that it did offend people for whatever reason the response should have been an apology for the ignorance of the doorman. there has been no attempt from the staff or james for an apology therefore i and i'm sure others have got the understanding that it's ok for james to disciminate against whomever he would like. that is no way to run a business. yes there is times when some black men take that word as a joke but in this situation it was not ment as a joke.
I agree with Kelly2. Why doesn't everyone go back to sharing info and talking about their favorite BU girls? A little positivity, anyone? It's over, let's move on.
We have suffered tremdous loses at BU in less than a year.Most of us are still mourning 2 men who are greatly missed.Emotions are running high.We all have opinions and jugdments on the club and personnel, but we should be professional .BU has heen there when we all needed the club , for what ever reason.We have pulled together to help our own so many times, be it lose of a loved one, lose of a home, or sickness.Please let the people involved in the current problem work it out themselves.I loved Roland dearly and knew him for 14 years.This is not what he would have wanted.We need to put our energy into making the club strong , not into continuing the drama.
Just for your knowledge, I did not bring Roland into this the person who started did. The only thing I did was turn the air conditioner on when she had turned it off. When I came in it was 78 degrees in the bar, I walked over turn it from HEAT to A/C, it was set on 74 degrees and walked away.

i didn't know him but i have herd alot about this man. what i hear about the remark that was said, it was not a sign of respect. yes roland probally did joke like that with his freinds, but what was said i'm to understand was said out of anger by a child that didn't get his way. heather while your standing beside james and protecting him you should also realize that as a customer we shouldn't have to put up with the remarks coming from james. the way that james treats the girls and us customers is uncalled for. maybe i'm wrong but i think james should be told that he is wrong for defacing the dead, instead of patting him on the back.
been going to BU forever. I've never had a bad time there even on the slow days. All the girls are great to hang out with. Haven't been there for a few weeks but will be back soon. just found this site and it's amazing some of the BS people put up here. It's ironic how you can't look past their imperfections and yet these beautiful ladies can look past the bald heads, beer guts and still put a dent in your wallets

I thought setting up a group would give people a better chance to make comments without all the flaming that goes on with this board. I offered Moderator status to James, Tony (and by default, Heather). MSNs intent was not to create controversy, but to allow people to talk about their experience.
I can see now that I was wasting my time trying to help out. People seem to like the flaming and anonymity that this message board provides. If you change you mind later, feel free to use the idea again. In any case, I'll delete the group either tonight or tomorrow since the employees of BU are against it.

BU is a terrific place to visit. All the girls are friendly, especially, if you understand why they are there and why you are there.
There are many clubs that look better, have more upscale furnishings but those clubs don't have the BU girls. Enjoy it!!

mandy, raven get there at 11 and leave between 1 & 2. cc and jenna get there between 12 and 2 they only stay 3 hours. jan and nickey come in after 5. dee dee is behind the bar mon thru fri at 4 sat at 11. ashleigh is having a baby but will be back, hopfully. jade moved out of town but stops in every now and then. i'm sorry i don't know who charlie is, so i can't help you there. come in and check out the new girls!
I went into the b u for the first time since dawn got fired on sunday. i am one of dawn's so called followers. i went into b u hoping to find something i could hold against heather and winne. although i love dawn, i couldn't find nothing bad about the new bartenders. they did make it a very pleasurable visit. heather was happy to talk to every one, and was close to having winnie under control. winnie has a rare sense of humur, but she is very fun loving. i think it's time for the past to be a memory. maybe some day dawn and heather can work things out, and all will be happily ever after.

Stopped in today. I was pleased to see the lot is being cleared of all the old junk. My positive attitude changed as soon as I walked into the club. It appears the first change made by Tony was to get rid of Dawn. She was the bright spot on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. I had a dancer tell me about what she was told about the new rules. I don't know if what she said will happen, but if it does it will not be better for either the dancers or the customers. The only one to benefit from what I was told will be the club. Just remember for every action there is a reaction. Don't fix what isn't broken!
I agree with best in Akron. Was in Wednesday around noon and it was fairly sparse at first, but then started to pick up. I got a great table dance from most of the girls. Mandy was bright, beautiful and sweet as ever - got a FANTASTIC dance set from her. My thanks to almost all the girls!
