I agree with you 2nd wise man.....all good ideas. The $20 cover seems like too much, espcially for someone who actually spends money in the club. How about knocking $10 or $20 off of a private dance on slow nights?
-The Filly needs to lower the cover charge when there is not a feature. Free beer is does not cost the club much. Either that, or consider switching to an over-21 full bar, with a low cover charge.
How important is the under 21 crowd, anyway?
-Put in private booths in for lap dances, keeping dance, and room prices as low as possible. Booths will sell more lap dances and will not hurt the sale of rooms.
-Dim the club lights just a little bit, but keep the spotlights on the stage. Atmosphere is important.
-Have sexy, female bar staff.
-Have plenty of specials, gimmicks, promotions, and advertise.
I live near Somerset. The clubs closest here are dives. I used to go to the Filly every couple of months along with Blush and I have just now started going to CL. They way you guys talk about the Filly now, it is going to be awhile for me to go back, especially since the better girls have fled.
Theres a couple guys that think they own dancers at this club . I seen them run a guy out of the parking lot before he even got a chance to go in the club . If this is the type of club Tom is running its not going to be operating much longer.
