I travel the state quite a bit and visit other clubs and the reputation of this place is lousy among dancers. Word around is that the owner is a redneck chubby homely guy with a thing for blackies and the blacks that come to the Buck for him and to dance are bottom of the barrel. Good dancers won't consider coming to the Buck. Bad report sad to say.
I seen a few of them com through going to Sturgis but dont know if bar or dancers made serious coin from them, that used to be what happened but didnt see many in the bar this year. Anybody else see bikers at the club??
Heard Randy fired his manager & replaced her with one of the jailers downtown so decided to go down to the dollar. Talked to her & wow she's a nice woman. Head bartender girl said its nice having an active manager.
Really you've been with Jamie for 4 years? Yeah he's a very fun guy to party with, and we all consider him one of our friends, but come on. Wake up. Jamie doesn't have relationships, and certainly not to one person. Didn't he just have another baby with some dancer from the Pirates Cove? Another bump in the road? If you are going to party with "your girls" and feed them alcohol to the point that they can barely walk by 10pm, and then make them dance - even if they are falling down on stage, I suggest you put a safety net along the bar side of the stage located behind the bar. Otherwise one of them is going to fall and break their neck! I hope you have good liability insurance.

These are the types of dancers this new owner is hiring. Kahlia danced at the dollar last week. She was having problems with two dancers named cherry & London. They were trying to get her to join there pimping family. When she refused they gave Kahlia the phone to talk to him. This guy was telling her she should come back with his girls. When she didnt the other two said they were upset with her since she disrespected their pimp. These two girl push themselves into her car. She pulled into the Mcdonalds. If it wasnt for Ms Chloe Dash cornering them at Mcds she would have never got away. London & cherry have bad reps for trying to rob people down in Alda Nebraska.

The bar is going to hell. The owner disappearing with any given black dancer for minutes on end. No management there when things get out of order. No dancers on stage for 15 or 20 minutes. The two stages at once is not working. Don't mind spending $ but with the 2 stages you have to tip two girls on the tip walk instead of just one. Spent $12 on one rotation of girls. Jenny is never there and dont want to be and Randy won't enforce anything. Pawns off on bartenders what managers should be doing. Way too many girls and way way way too many black girls.
All black week? Well, the weekend was topped off by a Saturday night line up which featured only two, count 'em, TWO dancers - and both were white as snow! The guy next to me at the bar joked that their stage names should have been Fladdie & Faddie. Where was all the fun action? I didn't notice any.
Interior is great but it was all Jenny's idea not Randys. Jenny told him what she wanted the bar to look like and Randy wrote the check(s) for it. All the whores are Randy's. He only wanted to book dancers & let Jenny do everything else. He is not a great bar owner. He can't even set rules & make dancers abide them. The dancers that have sex w him get away w anything.
I see in the paper that a fight in a business after 2am Sat. morning resulted in someone getting shot! The paper said police tape was put up from the Silver Dollar to the sewing shop. Knowing that the sewing shop is closed at that hour, did this incident happen to start at the Dollar? What the heck happened?
It's foolish to argue against the truth. So on a different subject, has anyone else noticed how much darker it is in the club since the walls and ceiling have been painted a very dark brown? I like the color and look of the new paint, but it really sucks up the light. Personally, I would like to see more lighting throughout the club, & especially on the stages. But I wouldn't expect the club to force more light on the dancers than the dancers feel is the right amount, 'cause I've learned my lesson that I'm just a customer, and not a very good one at that.
"Killer Biz"? So the excuse for not posting a list is crowd control? I guess I would have to agree that not posting a list does keep some people away, so that the long lines of people waiting to get in is reduced somewhat. For a good seat I would recommend getting there when it opens, if the line isn't too long. BTW, the last time I was there, there were 11 dancers and 6 customers. Not exactly exceeding fire code capacity for occupancy, but possibly qualifying as a different sort of "killer biz".
First, I've never picked on, bad mouthed, or "bashed" a dancer - I don't do that. Second, the drought of negative comments about the girls on the 12/10/09 list extend far beyond the first week following the list. Third, another reason to post a weekly list would be the retirement of those obsessive "give it a rest" comments. Not only will You get fewer negative comments, but you'll also get more positive ones, like "Thank you for posting a list". Wouldn't that be nicer than all the negative bitching & moaning going back and forth now? Just a thought.

Go to the 12/10/09 post that actually lists the dancers for that week. Then read the negative comments about the girls on the list that week. Whoops, there aren't any!! Do you suppose if a weekly list is provided here that you'll read comments like: "Please stop posting the list of dancers. I just hate knowing who's there before I make the trip to town."? No. Less negative comments - see? Are the girls that are too afraid to have their fake stage names listed the same ones that freely give out their phone numbers at the club in hopes of lining up some OTC entertainment? someone said below that having the names listed or having a website might cut down the negative comments. yankton & sf have a website & in the past some terrible things were said about some dancers. probably make things worse with a list.
If the girls feel unsafe using their stage names cus customers know them by their stage names before their real names, management must have took old posts seriously. Got better things to do tonite then to argue. Later.
Dancers use a "stage" name to protect their identities. This protects the anonymity of the dancer, while allowing the customer to know who's who. Therefore, a weekly list does no harm to anyone. Only mngt. offers (feeble and fallacious) arguments against it. Posting a weekly list might greatly reduce the # of negative, derogatory, or disparaging criticisms going to (and coming from) mngt.!
I too have complimented the club on the many improvements to the facilities in previous comments. I've noted that it has been transformed from a neglected dump into a very nice club. But because I suggested and argued for the benefits of giving a weekly list of dancers on SCL a try, mngt.'s reply to me is to stay away (and have a nice day). Nice. No, really.
It's the management, the owner. Let's face it, he's done some good things, and made many improvements. These imrovements help the dancers AND his bottom line. I suspect some of the dancers don't want their names listed online and the owner listens to them. He listens to them because he's phucking them. They are dictating what he should do, and he pays attention not because it's good for the business but because it keeps his paid-for harem happy.

Why wouldn't the dancers feel safe when some one's threatening to burn the place down unless the club starts posting a schedule? I can't imagine anything that would make them feel more secure.

"Your girls" don't feel safe in Aberdeen?!? Explain to them how safe Aberdeen is compared to what they are used to! Where are ALL these "threats" you refer to on SCL comments? OK, so you'll never, never try using a (free) club web site or posting entertainer's photos to promote business and add another service for your customers. But a weekly list here on SCL isn't going to "endanger" anyone. It has previously been noted that there were NO derogatory comments on SCL after a real list of dancers was posted here once in December. So what's the real problem?
Who do you think the web sites from the clubs in Yankton, Mitchell, Sioux Falls, Watertown, Lesterville, etc., are for? Answer: The CUSTOMERS that bring the $$$ to spend on their favorite dancer and drinks. If it benefits the customer, it also benefits the club and the dancers, whether or not the dancers realize it or "like" it. You make it sound like posting a promotional photo would be a terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE thing to do to "your girls". Maybe you're not doing "your girls" that much of a favor by not promoting them, or your club. Maybe that's why there are way too many times when the dancers out number the customers. THAT'S what YOU are doing to "your girls".

Its because of comments and threats like this we won't ever post a dancer schedule. We have stopped posting the following week dancers at the bar because of they don't feel safe. And the derogatory comments towards our dancers on Scl is another reason we won't ever post schedules. If the dancers want to, they will and can at their discretion. Have a nice day.

A few dancers don't want their STAGE names on stripclublist? C'mon, it's stripclublist - not an ad in the newspaper! Do the dancers strip just because they want to? NO. It's the $$$, and it's part of their job. A weekly list of dancers is part of the job at most other clubs. Treating the customer ($$$) right will ultimately benefit the dancers and the club too.

Would it make sense for a movie theater complex to refuse to list the movies they are showing that week, and instead tell their reel customers to either call (at the theater's convenience), or just show up at the theater to see which movies are playing that week? Meanwhile, a somewhat less than clever individual posts a weekly list of "fake" movies, which neither amuses or confuses anyone. What's the point? Everyone knows that two stupids don't make a smart.
