A strip club employee is injured after a drive-by shooting in southwest Houston early Wednesday morning, police say.

Employees and patrons were standing around in a parking lot of Foxxy's Bikini Sports Bar and Grill in the 1100 block of South Post Oak Road around 2 a.m. That's when a gunman, driving southbound, shot at the group of people, HPD Lt. Larry Crowson said.

The driver struck one person, an employee of the club, and several cars before speeding away. The bullet grazed the victim's foot. No one had to be taken to the hospital.

Police do not have a description of the vehicle used in the shooting.
