i used to be a patron of the old par 3 when steve and becky owned it.it was a nice place to be.i used to go there every friday morning and on the saturday nights.i went there a few times when mike owned it.he made it look better on the inside, and the girls were top notch and friendly.i miss the place.i know its dumb to post what i did but i had to say it.and i can't wait for the landing strip to open.

Good news to all those interested in a fun, new and improved adult entertainment experience. Its called the landing strip coming to u live, topless and absolutly no relations with mike. Its a real gentlemens club. And the one previous to this was a good spot just to many people with there hands in the pot. So to all those wanting to have a relaxed and enjoyable viewing pleasure look out for the new club on the rise here soon................................................................................................ Any Questions I would love to answer them

Another alias, imagine that. All's everyone does is come here and bad-mouth me. No one seems to be bold enough to use their real name though. Nothing I say is about lies, the truth is out in the open now. Ask anyone involved what payments are due, and who caused what. Anyone spouting off doesn't have all the info, they are just speaking from what they have heard from one side. Call my bluff people, call and look at the info.........

Nope not what I said. I said you can see the proof if you desire. Par 3 is over a year behind in payments, and is in foreclosure . Cherokee was shut down basically for disputes between all parties. I have all the paperwork if you want to see it all. Just let me know. All's I ask before you run me down. Plus notice that noone uses their real name but me. kinda funny too I think. Bravery behind aliases. Be bold and call me and let yourself hear both sides.419-371-1017

I can prove this as well. Everyone seems to use this to dump on me, and that's fine. If you have something to say to me with PROOF, bring it to me. My number is well known. Being as the payments are all in default and paperwork has been filed we'll see how it all comes out. Post your real name if your not ashamed of your lies. I won't even dignify the comments with a reply. Oh and just so EVERYONE knows, the name Par 3 is owned by a corporation, it won't be re-used. Much less the license. The building is being reposessed from Bo and watch for that. He did all this not me. Get your facts straight.Check on things before making comments that are un-true

You people are running your mouths and probably don't have any clue as to what your even talking about, or the drama you are creating. It's like this.........it's called KARMA! Heard of it? Karma eventually catches up with everyone and those who are doing things they shouldn't be will get theirs. It's quite funny, LIFE HAS A WAY OF BITTING YOU IN THE ASS!!!!!! Regardless of what anyone has to say....what goes around comes around and usually it's 10 times fold. Just a little food for thought.

Anyone remember the Sundowner on South Main? Those were the good ole' days. A man could go out, enjoy some adult entertainment, drink a few beers and have a good time. The girls and the club made money. The first thing I would have done with the Par is move it downtown and change the name rather than stick a bunch of money into the present location. A go go club can work in Lima. It's just a crying shame that someone isn't trying to do it the right way.

What kind of idiot would agree to that kind of business agreement? Sorry Mike, I guess I don't know the particulars. Sounds more like a rental agreement rather than a sale. If they agreed to that then they got what they deserved. That agreement was stacked against them from the start. They never had a chance.

Glad everyone who comments here knows the law better than anyone else. Better check the revised code. They cannot re-open without our permission, and they cannot put another liquor license in there. Secondly, they were operating under a management agreement that stated any violations voided the sale. I allowed them to stay open for months without a monthly payment being paid. Try since August, but now everyone thinks I did it from jealousy. That is funny, guess you have to blame anyone but who caused this. Also, we still have leins against everything inside that building, so if I don't own anything, why do we have those as well as leins on two properties?????? Better re-check your sources! Or just come see me and I'll show it all to you.

Under Ohio law, a permit holder can surrender or sell a liquor license but only the State can revoke it. So the Par's ability to sell liquor under this license may not be restricted at all at the present time. This appears to be a business agreement that has been breached. So if the place of business listed on the license is The Par 3 on Delphos Road, Lima, Ohio and has not been revoked by the State, it may indeed still be valid with or without Mike's permission. It appears that Mike will lose the license eventually either by selling it or by forfeiture. The sooner the better.

First off, let me say that I know you only own the liquor lic. and not the building. So you only have so much control. If the par wants to they can open up with dancers but no liquor. And the fact you are holding the lic. until you go to jail so Bo will not be able to have it is the truth. Second, you have been paid alot of money and not opening the bar will insure that the money you are owed won't be given unless they are open. No lic., no money, and Bo can get another liq. lic being the fact there is two aval, now in lima. LOL You must havent really looked into your scheems b/c legally you are owed nothing unless they are using the lic. and they aren't so think hard and long about the facts.

Nope didn't need to. They came to make sure there was not problems in revoking the license. If you know so much why the fake name. We have monies owed and it will not re-open without those being paid.

With all due respect......Hmmmmmm...wouldn't let me in??? that's a laugh.....At least I use my real name here. And I can't be stopped walking in, until all is said and done, I have every right to walk in, I can walk in and fire any and everyone that works there. That includes Bo, better ask him and read the management agreement b4 making uninformed comments, all that does is make it hard on Bo. Hope you all know the drama you bring onto him from this. And like I said it will stay closed until payment is paid in full. Why else are they closed down????? And at 2:29 they had one minute to have all open beverages disposed of. Read the liquor laws, b4 questioning my legal rights. And watch for a padlock on the building soon.

With all due respect Mike, you didn't just walk in at 2:29. You had to call the cops because they wouldn't let you in. If you're going to tell the story, try to tell it the way it really happened. I also noticed that you gave yourself a minute to play with. 2:30 is the law, not 2:29.

Seems as if noone really knows the scoop. Go to Bo and ask him EXACTLY what is owed.......He'll tell ya. I didn't close it to be shitty, I walked in at 2:29 a.m. and seen drinks still being served and dancers still dancing. The liquor laws say at 2:30 a.m. ALL alcoholic beverages need to be pulled and disposed of. The liquor license still reads M & R, Inc. and after 13 violations I'm not too trusting that rules will be obeyed. Take your gripes to Bo.

So if this is the way the game is being played, I think the Par is probably a thing of the past now. Pretty smart move on Mike's part if you really stop and think about it. Retain ownership of the liquor license until all monies due are paid. Pretty good insurance policy. I can't say as I blame him if cash wasn't paid in full up front. As far as alternatives, Fort Wayne is pretty much washed up as far as Clubs go. The girls are very much restricted on what they can there now. Toledo Clubs are still great and getting better. You can do much more than just look at the ladies. Definitely a good time and well worth the trip.

Mike is an idiot, quit haten b/c you never wanted to make the bar any better. The bar is 100% better inside and out now that Mike doesn't own it. Jealousy is a strong thing , but its time to grow up and give up the fact that you will never own nor have rights to what the par anymore. ANd this goes for every bar it takes time to make soething bigger and better, so if you have a problem with the looks I suggest you recap on what it looked like before Bo and ALex took it over it was a pos. Plus the girls were not any better. The girls at the par maybe few at this pt but they are better then half the clubs I have been to. At least they don't allow toothless and pregeant women to dance.

Hey all, I have to start out saying the place looks fantastic! I started working at the par 16 years ago (for Dennis, then Les, then Steve and Becky, and last but not least Mike). I have seen that place go through alot of changes. I am retired now, but have to say its a shock that the girls went from getting paid $40.00 a night to having to pay $40.00+ a night to work. But i guess thats how it goes. I did get to dance one time on the new stage (thats all I needed). I think you guys are doing a great job. But that was a bum wrap for Mike in my opinion. If I throw my money at a woman, I expect something much more than casual chat in return or I won't be throwing it her way for long. Picking up a woman in a bar is much cheaper than going to the clubs and the end result is usually much more fulfilling.

The place is about big as a closet, but has a "big club" attitude. If the owner charged a flat fee of $40 each night that would be better. If this is her, then you propably don't work there any more because you thought that you ran the business and dancers had to report to you instead of Mike. Also if you have been dancing for 8 or 9 years, it might be time for you to retire and get a real profession. I worked at Par 3 last year for a few weeks and all the old girls were hating on me because I was giving lap dances the entire night, while they sat around and got drunk at the bar.

I went there and about fell over I couldn't believe how nice it was and as far as the dancers when I went in there was 5 and it was quality that counted not the quantity ! It is a great place to hang out and have a good time . I would pay 10.00 door fee to see the ladies they have in there ! The drinks that I ordered were only 3.00 to 6.00 so again lets all talk what what we know LOL !!!!!!!!

I really hope the new owner(s) didn't bet the farm thinking they only had to remodel the Club to make a fortune on it. I noticed, according to this website that the drinks went up from $4-6 to $4-8, only 2-4 dancers and Monday and Tuesday cut from the open days recently. If they're having a hard time recruiting new girls it's because the present ones aren't making money. On the flipside I wasn't aware that Diamond was there for sure. If she is hold me a seat, I'm on my way.

Hey I guess the par has another owner Diamond or should I say Heather. She was telling everyone she owned the par 3. But she was out recruiting girls. Thats funny cause she couldn't even dance. And she's only 20 years old. No one is going to come and work for the par 3 the rep is to bad.

I really hope these negative posts about the Club are being made by former disgruntled employees. If not, there is trouble ahead for the "New Par". I've seen 1 positive post. I drove by Friday night at about 10 and the parking lot was full. Whether the crowd was there for just a little while or all night I don't know. Looked good to me though. I'll check the Club out myself this week, that is if certain former employees are not still there. Then I'll write my review here for what it's worth.

To eliminate confusion, this Former Patron is not the same person that posted directly below as a former patron. I have not been to the new Par 3 yet so their comments do not necessarily reflect mine.

the building needs work, the dancers need beauty and class. the owners need a liquor licence, the cover needs lowered, the drinks need alcohol and not watered down

Was there on Saturday night with my wife. Very very nice atmosphere. I hadn't been there before, but I heard it was in bad shape. I couldn't believe how good it looked inside. The girls were classy, and the staff was friendly. I highly reccomend this place, and I hope there are more and more customers that show up. We need to keep this good thing going in Lima.

$7 bucks at the door does indeed seem high. I suspect that in a couple months they will be glad to see $3 bucks at the door after the "newness" wears off. This site says $4-$6 for a drink also. There better be first rate girls and service at these prices. The people like me that used to come in every night probably won't now. That would be $42 a week just to get in the place. You're on the right track though trying to attract a better crowd. Time will tell. Starr, a lot of us are sorry about what happened to you. Post the Club you're working at in Dayton and we'll see you there. Good luck to you and the new owners of the Par 3.

Well Everyone was right they never called me back so don't let them fool you. Down to earth people huh. I called they were suppose to return my call from what they said. But like everyone told me they won't call. If they were sincere owners they wouldn't have gave me the runaround. They could of flat out told me the truth if they were that professional. But thats ok I am working back in Dayton. I am good enough for a classy gentlesman club, but not good enough for the Par 3 Ha.

The new owners did a nice job remodeling the place, and it needed it. 7 bucks as a cover seemed steep, but that's their choice. I wish them the best of luck, and am wondering who Biker John is. if he knows me call me and fill me in.

Oh I remember that weekend in Lima a few years ago when I checked out the Par 3. I met some classy ladies I'll never forget. It's all coming back to me now. Their names were Miss Goody Two Screws, Miss Mymoney and Leakin' Lena. They were all worth fightin' over. Ahhh those were the days.......

The new owners are under no legal obligation whatsoever to hire the old girls back. And I agree that they should clean house as there were a few trouble makers there before. But Starr wasn't one of them. There used to be a lot of people that went to the Par just to see her. I would expect that to continue if she's re-hired.

I drove by the Par last Friday. There was a banner on the outside of the building saying grand opening was January 21. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot in the afternoon on that day. I drove by yesterday and someone was painting outside. Don't know if it's open yet or not. I don't know why such secrecy with the new owners. I'm not suggesting any wrong doing on the part of the new owners. But you gotta wonder why seemingly harmless posts are being deleted at a cost. Hang in there Starr. You'll do just fine.

Biker John, we both must have hit a sore spot. I didn't realize that either one of us posted anything that warranted removal. The new owners didn't address any of the issues we brought up. Instead they chose to pay $3 a piece to remove them. Not looking good folks. I used to spend $300 to $400 a month at the Club. I don't think I'll even check the place out now.
