Since my last review of Bombshells in Dallas I've been contact by Travis R. He stated that there are working soap dispensers in the kitchen and they strictly abide by food safety standards. Also he is sure that the team fixed the non working soap Dispenser quickly. So let me get this straight. Travis is suggesting that his staff which is 99% female, use the restroom then walk across the whole restaurant, into the kitchen and then wash their hands. Assuming that not one customer will try to engage or interact with them while they are waking to the kitchen to wash up. Sounds like a solid plan to me. Who needs soap dispensers in the restroom? I'm not sure what time frame acting quickly is, but it wasn't in the time frame that I was at Bombshells.

Came to watch the game and have few, ok a number of drinks, and some chow. We had MJ who was a delightful waitress, consistently checking on us, bringing refills, and providing solid recommendations. She brought a smile with each engagement, and only forgot to bring some extra napkins once. We had the Double D Burger, Fish tacos and the spinach artichoke dip. All of the food was tasty and prepared fresh to order. The best by far were the fish tacos. Totally coming back for them. Only downside, if you can call it a downside is the price point is a bit high, but you are paying for the great view..... of the TV. (Dirty minds).

Let me start with the fact that there wasn't a working soap dispenser in the ladies restroom. If I couldn't wash my hands then how was the staff able to wash their hands. DISGUSTING! I asked to speak with a manager and no one came by. The service was poor. Not sure if it was the unavailable managers fault do to understaffing or cutting too early. The draft beer was not very cold and then there were issues with the kegs which meant we weren't getting beers. When we walked up to the bar to order our drinks the bartenders were very quick to help. The point being is that once shift change happened no one came over to help us or even ask if we wanted more drinks. The chicken tenders basket was very good and the chicken tenders were more the size of the breast. Do not order the shrimp wrapped in bacon. They were covered in BBQ and not appetizing.

We came her for lunch and it did not seem busy with all the waitresses standing at the entrance and by the bar. The food was okay not all that. The service was not good at all. We had Tiffany and she barely came to our table to check on us and we could never find her when we needed something. The check took forever to get and when I asked for a to go box she gave me the one shown below and it just took waaay to long to get another one so we just left. I don't recommend this place to anyone and I don't think I'd come back here again

This has to be the worst service and i am sitting at the bar. 20 min waiting with an empty beer. Define bad service, never got a beer after 45 min.

I am shocked that this place is in business. The food was decent. However quite possible the worse customer service I have ever had at a restaurant. We ordered chips and salsa and it took 1/2 hour for that to come out. Then we order our entrees shortly after. Mine came with a salad that they brought out after my actual entree. I don't think we got refills once. In fact we found pitchers of water and ice tee close by at a waitress station and just helped our selfs.I know typical breastraunt safe know for there service but this place takes the cake. I would be shocked if they receive any repeat business.

I went on a Friday evening: August 26, 2016. This place was horrible and by far the worst experience! I had been to a bombshells before, so my boyfriend and I were thrilled to check out the one in Dallas. Big mistake! We asked to sit outside, and we didn't get any help, until 20 minutes later. We had to ask 2 different servers where our server was. 1 stated there was no server for the patio and the other said the 'server was busy.' BS! By this time, my boyfriend and I were irritated but we figured we'd stay and get food. Bad idea again! I ordered the chicken Alfredo, hoping it'd be delicious. The chicken tasted like RUBBER! Ewwww! I explained to the server and they refused to comp my meal, (eventually they did.) my boyfriend is in the military and this place is a joke and disrespectful to those in the military. Do NOT waste your time time. You're better off elsewhere!!!!

Service was horrible . We waited about 20 minutes for our drinks to come . We waited so long that we just started ordering ahead of time so we wouldn't wait so long for our drinks to come .. When it came to our 3 rd round our drinks never came .. Our waiter patience charges is ahead of time and we still didn't get our drinks.. We just asked for a refund . Service sucked .

Yes July 7th. Off night is a bit insincere due to the fact the ratio of staff to customer was near 1:2. I will repeat my disdain for the attitudes, lack of oversight, and overt carelessness of your staff during a 2 hour visit. An "off night" demands that management ensure guests are addressed. No such presence. I paid for my meal (the portion that i received) and calmly addressed my issues. My opinion is further tainted by this effort to minimize an obvious failure in execution. Our server seemed to be the only genuine person in the building. It was clear she had no support.

Arrived at Bombshells for the first time on May 1st around 11pm to catch up with my boyfriend and Godparents. We sat outside on the patio. While looking on the menu, my boyfriend informed me that he had chicken wings prior to my arrival. Thanks to my Godfather, I have an addiction to "chicken wangs"(as he says). I looked at the different flavors and decided to get the Buttery Parmesan and Garlic Sauce. While I sipped on my Long Island Tea that was STRONG (woo-hoo), I couldn't help but enjoy the environment. The DJ was spitting music that came from different genres which I liked that. Everyone was having a great time, eating, drinking, and dancing. Someone had celebrated a birthday while there. As soon as my wings came, I took a bite and notice the chicken tasted plain. I had to flag down a gentleman who worked for Bombshells and he notice that the wings I had received wasn't correct. He rectified the situation quickly and comped the meal. Thank you, sir! Once the Buttery Parmesan and Garlic Sauce wings came in, I was ready to pig out. Good-bye TGI Friday's... Hello Bombshells! The wings had me jumping up and down with joy! I am willing to risk being late from lunch break just to drive to Bombshells! Go ahead and give me my occurrence, boss. They have a good deal on the price for the wings. Overall, this place has potential and will be in rotation for me as I love my chicken wangs.

The service we received was horrible. Service is super slow . The food was mediocre. The music the DJ plays outside is so loud your eardrums feel like they are going to burst. Do not come here unless all you do is order a coke and come to watch TV.

DO NOT COME HERE ON A BUSY DAY!!! This place is RECOGNIZED FOR SERVING MINORS. Our server Britany was HORRIBLE she took so long that we forgot that we ordered. The one person worse in this entire place was Priscilla. First, she tried to make me pay for a tab that was ditched by another member of the party. When I got a general manager involved, she stated that I called her a "bitch" and that I ordered all the shots and wanted to walk off on them. I have NEVER been treated this way and I should have read the reviews before coming. So Travis has replied. Don't see how he could have pulled any video seeing as how he never reached out to me concerning it, the date, name on tab or bothering to get any details. Shady business that's no type of verification what so ever. Even hooters sent me a message to actually fix the problem and he didn't say anything about the service, and seeing as how they average 2 stars out of all 112 reviews, some type of extensive training needs to be put into place before placing new servers. I'm sure there are some amazing servers here, I'm just sorry I wasn't able to encounter any of them. No way I can give this place another chance.

I dont know why ratings are so bad. I came here with my friend tonight and it was packed (which was good we wanted a fun time) There are many men there. The music was good. People dont really get up and dance but my friend and I turned it up, we danced ourselves. The drinks are fair priced. Didnt try their food though. I would for sure be back!! Its a fun place. I liked it a lot. People are nice, no weird men hitting on you. & Good vibes

Slowest service of any restaurant. Will not return. We waited on average 20 minutes for every round we ordered, and they didn't seem particularly busy. We order the rings which are very dry. With so many restaurants knowing how to do it well this place misses the mark entirely.

I was dropping off a fare who was going to a bachelor party. Stopped by to say hello to a coworker and rest up before I went back on the road. Cute girls, horrible service. 20 minutes for a beer. Upon requesting my check, it was the wrong check. 17 bucks. Clearly a mistake, but that took another 5 minutes to clear up. If you're a typical misogynist go for it!!! If you want adequate service go somewhere else!!! I'll come back only to see my former coworker. Blah!!!

What a dive!! Find someplace else to spend your money! Couldn't get seated when I came in the door. Even tho there was who I can only assume was a manager and three waitresses at the door. They paid absolutely no attention to the fact that I was there, so I decided to go to the bar..I wandered around the bar and couldn't find a seat. I walked up to the manager and asked for help. He ignored me and kept talking to the waitresses at the door. I finally found a different waitress who was kind enough to seat and serve me.I had blackened chicken. It was about an 1/8 inch thick and the mashed potatoes were still frozen.I'd give negative stars to this place if that was possible..If your smart you'll steer clear of this joint.

God I really wanted to like this place, but this was the first and defiantly the last time I go here! The food is actually really good, but the service is ridiculously bad, almost to the point it was humorous. We sat outside at first and waited over 20 min before we ever even got menus. When we'd try flagging down a waitress they'd just walk past or say I'll be with you in just a second. When the thirst was to much to stand we finally went inside to get a drink. We got seated in the back by the bar, and seriously had to go to the bar and fight for a drink because our waitress was having what I can only guess was a very riveting conversation with another coworker. I always tip 20% or more, bad service or not, but our waitress was so incompetent and inconsiderate she got a dollar. Hell the guy selling gum and shit in the bathroom was a better server than her! Never go here!

Food was mediocre at best. Wish I had read the reviews before coming. Spent the entire time trying to eat while fanning flies. I had the Betty Boop Wrap and sweet potato fries. The chicken in the wrap wasn't seasoned well and some of the sweet potato fries weren't cooked all the way. The atmosphere was great for drinking and socializing, but I've had way better food.

Pros:patio is pretty greatthe food seems okaynice atmosphereCons:the vast majority of people who work there are incredibly incompetentcreepy crowd of people that go theretakes forever to get seated, get your order taken, etc.Let me set the scene. You walk in the place and there are about 20 people standing at the front. Someone is taking names to get people seated. Here's the problem: there are open tables all over the place! There is no reason that people should have to wait when there are tons of open tables. When I was walking around the place looking for my friends, one of the waitresses walking behind me exclaimed, "Exxccuuusssee me!" I was walking at a reasonable pace, she was just being snobby and impatient. Then I guess they wouldn't serve the table because they hadn't specifically seated us? I don't know. It could just be that they have horrible service.Eventually we did get a waitress at our table, and she was great. She seemed to be the only waitress/employee there who knew what they were doing. My friend also had trouble cashing out at the bar because apparently you need a specific person to cash you out. Uh, okay.Overall, it just seems like this place is poorly run and is constantly lost as to what tables need to be filled, what orders go where, so on and so forth. I don't really care much for breastaurants to begin with, but bad service and poor management makes it even worse.

I love the wings, they are large and you struggle to eat all 10 and fries. Nice vibe, the DJ is nice! I wanna book him for my graduation party! Lol they have a bunch of TVS which is great. The 1st time I went they had on 3-4 football games. I went back this past Sunday to watch the texans and the "manager" said they only show the cowboys...since when??! O kayyyy! Smh two people even left because they couldn't watch the chargers. I stayed because I really wanted the wings and the cowboys are always good to watch. Anywho, the lack of game variation caused me to give them a 3 and not a 4 or 5... O well

The worst service I have experienced in my life. We waited too long to be greeted after waking in and after being seated, only saw our waitress twice. I had to ask another waitress to speak with a manager to get our waitress to come out. The burger was good but not worth the drama. Oh and the beer glasses smell like mildew.

Went to this place to watch two different football games but all they had on was the Cowboys game. I asked the waitress to turn one TV to my team's game and she said let me check. Then the manager comes over and he flat out refused to turn one TV. What ever happened to pleasing your customers? If you're anything other than a Cowboys fan, do not go to this place. My boyfriend and I left and went to a far better, more accommodating sports bar that had every game on.

Let's start off by acknowledging the obvious. This is a sports bar. Great place to come and watch sports games and they have a lot of TV screens. Service was great, food and drinks were good. Bathrooms were clean. They have a large patio that was nice. Industrial and contemporary feel inside with comfortable booths. Camaraderie was awesome for the cowboys game. We'll be regulars.

Ok so let me say I love the patio and the pickle spears. The lemon- pepper wings are ok depending on which day you order them. I think the theme of the restaurant is cute as well as the waitresses uniforms but the SERVICE SUCKS!!!!I think the owner should be more selective when hiring waitresses. I think most of these girls are/were strippers because they have a tendency to sit with certain male customers (especially if they see he is alone) and forget about their customers at their other tables. This place is cool if you just can't think of any other place to hang out and you want a quick appetizer. Oh, make sure you spell out your bill to your waitress. You are sure to see someone else's food order on your bill.

We were greeted 5mins after we arrived our waitress was quick to get our drink order but took a while to come back with them she was completely clueless about the menu ALL our food was disgusting obviously everything was frozen and thawed recently NOTHING was fresh(the chicken sandwich was burnt, tasteless and for some reason didn't have any bread, my shrimp Alfredo barely had any sauce, the chicken fried steak was blackened from how burnt it was, the wings were cold and flavorless, my Dad didn't even like the beer because it was flat and watered down) none of us finished our meals and we left completely disappointed NEVER RETURNING EVER the place is nice but they're food and service doesn't reflect that

I waited several months to post the response the manager ("Dallas W") sent me regarding my review. Recently a friend asked me about the restaurant and I decided to post this manager's comment to me as a warning for others who give a poor rating so they know what to expect from the management. I was truthful in my review and I did not exaggerate the time we waited or the attitude of the manager. I was in the food service industry for over 10 years, so I know what good and bad service is. Not sure what she thinks I need a dictionary for. Here is what she wrote to me:If it makes you feel better to lie on a public site about what actually happened that day then I guess you don't have much going on in life. KARMA will eventually teach you that!First off, you did not wait 15 minutes. And your Waitress SHOULD ALWAYS inform you of an upcharge on items you order, so yes, she was at fault! Clearly you have never worked in this industry. If they don't inform you then you'd just be mad no one told you. EXHIBIT A! And you DID NOT wait another 10 minutes lady, I watched the video & you are lying to try to be a victim here because you are just one of those people who have to complain at everything & then try to make everyone hate the place or person you are complaining about. "HORRIFIC" customer service? I think you need a dictionary lady & a life!

I'd like to give this place negative thumbs. Me and a buddy went to this hole and had a terrible time. First the guys at the door were both incompetent fools who didn't know if there was any seating; who works a door and doesn't know that? Me and my friend go to some grimy places, so usually things that bother most people don't even affect us. But this place takes the cake. We get our food and there is no cheese on the cheese fries; why don't they just call them fries. Then when we alert the waitress she acts as if it's too much to send them back, again don't call them we fully loaded fries if they have nothing on them. Next, we get our burgers and there is a hair that looks like it fell out of a busted weave in my friends' burger. After all this, the manager was called over and she made a joke about bad hair or something; what manager does that? Usually a manager would say that they were sorry and that this never happens, it must happen every night or else they wouldn't be cracking jokes about it. I think next time I go and see a fight I won't be picking this place. If I do want bad service, hot beer served in plastic cups, and nasty ass food I'll come here.

Only giving two stars instead of one because their philly cheesesteak was edible and the cheese actually melted. When the waitress finally showed up, she was friendly but lacking some common sense items, like providing silverware and napkins. Maybe it's not her problem and the management did not provide adequate training. A friend ordered water and she never showed up with it. Hey! They had those small square napkins from the bar....actually in the midst of writing this review, I've changed it to one star. They had a lot of tvs which is great only if they are placed for all the booths to see. We were lucky because not many people were there. We were there to watch the Mavs game. They showed it on two different channels which I do not recommend because one was delayed after another. Details are important. I'm sure they will find ways to step it up.

MOZZARELLA STICKS are so different here! Wow! What a new twist. They're small but they pack a flavorful punch. Cheese inside is very creamy, the breadcrumbs are seasoned well, and there's some cheese sprinkled on the exterior. Served with amazing spicy salsa and guac. THE TANK BURGER was cooked perfectly. Nearly melted in my mouth. Very filling. Side of fried were lackluster. Under seasoned and not crispy. LEMON PEPPER WINGS were very crispy but over-seasoned. Way too salty. Our waitress, Morgan L. was superb. She has mastered the art of checking in and being attentive. She was great. Leaving off one star because I was freezing the whole time, and the yellow tinted lights above our table did nothing but make our food look gross even though it wasn't. Overall, it seems like a cooler, biker version of Hooters, and I would definitely return.

Very bad service and I mean BAD. The food took for ever to come out and when it finally did it was cold. The food was ok at best but it's hard to go back to a place where the food is cold and you cannot get anyone but your waitress to bring you drinks. To add this all it was a TX and OU weekend and the fight was on that night we thought we could just go and get some food and watch the fight but we couldn't even enjoy the night because of the crappy service. I would never eat here again even if it was comp'ed I wouldn't want to go. If they sent me a gift card I would toss it in the trash. Don't waste your money here go to Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ate there twice on vacation. One night we had 7-star service from a great waitress. The place wasn't busy, as it was kinda late, so that helps, but I was still impressed with the efficient, friendly service. We ordered the chicken-fried steak and chicken-fried chicken dinners. Huge portions for the money. Not gourmet, but well done. No complaints. Second night my friend had another chicken-fried plate, I opted for a burger. Decent burger, no complaints, just not memorable like the chicken-fried dinners. Service was adequate, but the waitress seemed to lack any real friendliness. She did nothing wrong, but wasn't as prompt, asked if we wanted refills on water and soda instead of just bringing us refills. Not terrible, just not as memorable as our first night. Despite it being after 10 p.m., people had kids there with them. This is not a family restaurant.Prices were reasonable. They aren't trying to gouge you just because they're selling eye candy as part of the appeal.

The service was stupid. We asked to be sat far from the stage (live music) and we were sat close to the stage, despite at least 5 empty tables that were actually far from the stage. And then the hostess argued with us about not seating us at those tables. If the customer wants to sit at an empty table, the hostess should make it work. I've been a hostess. This is not a hard accomodation to meet, even if it IS annoying. When we were ordering, the server explained to us in detail what a certain menu item was like, and brought the opposite of what she explained- and that was after bringing us the completely wrong order in the first place. The cheesesteak sandwich was the worst I'd ever had, as if it literally had no seasoning. Most of our food was cold. It was pretty bad. I feel like my money was wasted.

This place needs to shutdown, re-train or hire better waitresses, and be better prepared for a high volume of customers.I don't write many reviews on anything but I had to voice my experience with this place. To start it's ALWAYS "understaffed" as our waitress(es) always says when running extremely behind on our orders. Whether true or not, this place will not survive since it apparently makes the waitresses have an attitude. Our last waitress Priscilla was in a bad mood the entire time and voiced her frustration when I had invited a couple more guys mid way through the meal. We're not high maintenance. Just catching up with a cold one on a Saturday evening before heading out. I finally asked what her problem was and she said she was forced to work a double that day. Understandable. That is until we asked for 1 last round and she denied it because she wanted to leave....Uhm what?? How are you going to tell us no?? We said screw it, closed our tabs and ordered from the bar. I have no complaints with the bartender that served us.I thought ok well this place will more than likely not get my business for awhile. And what do you know, a few days later I look at my bank statement and Bombshells was charging for something on a random day when I hadn't even gone near the place. What is this?? This place has many tables dine and dash (as told by another waitress) and they spread that check around on peoples cards at random. I know I'm definitely not paying for someone else's tab. Screw that. Bombshells is obviously struggling to pay its bills and is looking for last resorts.Sorry Bombshells, you lost my business and probably the business of a lot of my colleagues and clients. Open your eyes and realize what running a restaurant is all about.

This is a relatively new bar/grill, so they are still working out the kinks. It was a decent experience overall, though. When we walked in, the managers spoke to the group and made their presence known. Throughout the duration of the evening, they checked on our table to ensure everything was ok. +1 for that alone. The food was pretty decent. We had the calamari and potato skins for appetizers; my friends and I were surprised at how good the calamari was. The potato skins were decent too. I had a burger for my entree. It actually tasted pretty good, but it was a little overcooked for my taste (I prefer my burgers medium). I had two glasses of wine - can't screw that up too much, so those were decent. I had a cosmo later - which was actually pretty good - but it would have been better if it came in a martini glass. Details, details. I'm not that picky though, but I know some people are funny about those kind of things. The prices of the food were pretty decent, too.Our waitress - she was ok. I am guessing that she probably is still relatively new to waiting tables. She wasn't horrible, but she wasn't the greatest - minor details such as refilling water or bringing the check were a little slow, but she did get around to them. She was nice and friendly through the experience, though. I think she'll "get it" over time. If I can see that you're trying and friendly (and she was), I don't usually get too bent out of shape about it. The atmosphere was really cool - that is the biggest draw of this place. We LOVED the patio. There are also 8 million tvs in this place, so it would be an excellent place to watch the game. The last kicker that made us stay - when we were getting ready to leave, there was a band that came out and performed about 10pm. The band was GREAT. They played a wide variety of music and they were actually good. I'll be back. This place has excellent potential.

The atmosphere is great, the live bands are awesome. The is the manager who I do give -1 star. I have heard and read bad reviews on her about her not wanting to help customers. I bought a living socials deal thought I use it with my boyfriend. We ordered and ate. Two friends came to join us in our table to eat. We decided to pay for our drinks and use our living socials deal. Unfortanelly the deal does say "only applies one per table" we try to use ours plus our friends were using there's aswell. The waitress told us we only can do one per table. I decided to talk to the manager to see if she can work anything out since it was not plan to have more people ofcourse she said no and told me the deal said one per table, I told her I know that just thought it wss soomething work out with her she said nope so I was fine with it. She came five minutes later and was being smart and showed me the fine print after I told her I knew about it. I seriously felt bothered and upset after she did that. That's number one thing you dont do and be smart to your customers. Definitely need new manager!!!!

Is there an option for No Star at all!!!! Visited this place today because I've passed it a few times and like the setting. Myself and 3 other friends got to the restaurant at 12:45 about 50 tables were available but we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes because there wasn't enough wait staff. Ask if we could just hang out at a table an was told yes. 5 minutes of us sitting there we were surprised when a waitress walked up and asked to take our drink orders. We thought everything would be ok. NOT!!! We ordered food about 20 mins later and it took our food more than 30 mins to arrive. The waitress apologized and said the kitchen was backed up. Food finally arrived cold and we complained to the manager who was very defensive and condescending as if we lied about our food being cold. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!!
